Our Roland LPX 1200 laser scanner has a resolution of 0.1 mm and a capacity of 130 mm diameter by 230 mm high. For larger objects we use a Microscribe G2X digitizing arm.

The combination of our hardware, software and experience enable us to convert scan data (point clouds) to meshes, surfaces or solids into a variety of formats suitable for direct import into solid modelling packages (eg. Solidworks., Inventor, Solidedge, ProE), surfacing packages (eg Rhinoceros) and mesh packages (eg 3D Studio).
